What is Nivasin?
Nivasin is property management software for PG, hostel, co-living and rental owners in India. It tracks properties, rooms and beds, keeps tenant profiles, records leases, generates monthly rent invoices, records payments with receipts and keeps a ledger of income and expenses, all from one web dashboard.
Does Nivasin process rent payments?
No. Tenants pay you directly by UPI, cash, bank transfer, cheque or card, and you record each payment in Nivasin. Your money never passes through Nivasin, and Nivasin never asks for your tenants' card or bank details.
Which kinds of properties does it work for?
PGs and hostels rented by the bed, co-living homes, flats and villas rented as a whole, and commercial spaces. You can keep a mix of them in one account.
How is my data kept separate and safe?
Each owner's data is isolated at the database level, so one account cannot read another's. Personal details are encrypted, and two-step verification with backup codes is available on every account.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Nivasin runs in the browser at app.nivasin.com, on a laptop or a phone. Sign in with email or Google.
