Tenant profiles
Every tenant's details and dues in one profile
Nivasin keeps a full profile for every tenant: how to reach them, who to call in an emergency, where they work, which lease they're on and whether their account is in good standing.
The problem it solves
Tenant details usually end up scattered: a phone number in someone's contacts, a name in a notebook, the emergency contact nowhere at all. When you need them, they're hard to find.

Common questions
What tenant details should a PG owner keep?
At least a phone number, a permanent address, an emergency contact and where they work. Nivasin has a place for each, along with the tenant's leases and payment history.
Are tenant details kept private?
Yes. Each owner's data is isolated from every other account at the database level, and personal details are stored encrypted.
