Common questions
Why can't ledger entries simply be edited?
So the books can be trusted. A correction is a new reversal entry linked to the original, with a reason, which keeps the full history for you, a partner or your accountant.
Can I track expenses as well as rent?
Yes. Record salaries, utility bills, maintenance, capital expenditure and other costs against each property, and see total inflow, outflow and the net balance.
